At Quimnarrphron, we stand behind the quality of our handcrafted small stools. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your stool, we offer a fair and transparent return process.

Return Period

You may return your small stool within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it meets the conditions outlined below. Custom-made stools have different return terms as described in the Custom Orders section.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your stool must:

  • Be in its original condition with no signs of use or wear
  • Include all original packaging materials
  • Have no modifications or alterations
  • Be free from damage not caused by shipping
  • Include proof of purchase

Custom Orders

Custom-made small stools created to your specifications are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. We encourage you to carefully review all customization details before confirming your order.

How to Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Pack the stool securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the item to our Oslo workshop address

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned stool, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for different models or finishes within our small stools collection, subject to availability. Contact us to discuss exchange options. Price differences may apply.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your stool arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Inspection Upon Delivery

We recommend inspecting your stool immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, document them with photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Warranty

All Quimnarrphron small stools come with a lifetime craftsmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from accidents.
